Refunds are offered only under the specific conditions outlined in this policy. We strongly encourage you to thoroughly review course descriptions, terms, and materials before enrolling or purchasing any course.
You are eligible for a full refund on any long-duration live classroom program if the refund request is submitted within 14 days of enrolment. Refunds will be processed after deducting any applicable GST charges. No justification is required to obtain this refund within the 14-day window.
Once the 14-day refund period has passed, no refund requests will be entertained for any reason.
Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:
•Violation of Terms: If you violate our Terms of Use or engage in any form of fraudulent or inappropriate activity.
•Inability to Access Due to Personal Issues: We do not offer refunds for failure to access or use the course due to personal reasons, including lack of technical knowledge or inadequate hardware/software.
•Change of Mind or Mistake: Refunds will not be granted if you change your mind after accessing the course content or mistakenly selected a course.
•Non-Applicability for Short Programs: No refunds are available for short-duration programs, self-paced courses, or digital products

•Review of Request: We will review your request to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria outlined in this policy.
•Processing Time: If your refund request is approved, it will be processed within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.
